GlobeX Data closes oversubscribed financing of 4.5 million, Increases budget for U.S. launch


GlobeX Data CEO Alain Ghiai joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has announced the closing of a private placement offering for total gross proceeds of 5.7 million Canadian.
Ghiai telling Proactive the company plans to use the proceeds to continue to accelerate the marketing of the Company’s Sekur encrypted email and messaging solution to the US market. That includes a beefed-up marketing push as well.
